Refund & Cancellation Policy

We put significant time, strategy, and creative effort into every client partnership from day one. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable once processed.
If you need to cancel your services, we simply ask for 30 days written notice sent to our business email. Services and billing continue throughout the notice period, and we'll use that time to wrap up any outstanding work and ensure a smooth handover.
We encourage all new clients to ask questions and review our services before signing on — we want to make sure we're the right fit for your business.
